  There are no charges of activation of account. Before doing any activation if possible visit the bank or do it online by yourself. Stay safe.

  this is known as a fake police scam this is one of the oldest methods of scamming police will never ask for money

  if somebody asked me for a foreign currency then that's pretty much an automatic scam right there
