How to completely get rid of fake calls... But at some cost...

What has worked for me is to activate the options to Reject foreign numbers and Reject numbers that are not in my contacts. With these two options active, I have gotten rid of 99% of fake and scam calls; they no longer call me at all, and those who do call are automatically rejected. This comes at a cost: if you are someone who works with unsaved numbers or with foreign numbers (whether for work or family), I would not recommend this route. But if you do, keep in mind that the titles of the numbers will show as rejected.
