crazy beyond crazy

got a call from a bank offering a loan for 3000 with a monthly payment of 180. when I ask AI to look into it they said it's a tribal bank that charges 700% interest and have immunity to state laws being that they are a sovereign nation. they claim to send me documentation to my email 3 time even after giving them the info over phone for my email. never received them they go on about they have to verify my bank so they need me to sign in on there web site with my bank name sign in and password .to add my routing and account number to verify I do have a account with a bank. all messages and contact came thru text or phone call no paperwork ever saw from them. biggest red flag they read off my address to a place I haven't lived in 10 years.
