Delivery personnel's numbers blocked

I recently saw an issue about Truecaller Premium. when the person concerned ordered items on any quick commerce platform like Instamart, Blinkit or Zepto, 90% numbers of their delivery partners' numbers' gets blocked right away and they are treating that as call rejected and the order was marked / flagged as 'Customer did not respond '. Because of this the customer who paid for the order have to initiate a refund even though he needed the products. This NOT the fault of Truecaller, but of those people who marked those numbers as spams. I really don't understand why would someone mark those delivery boys' numbers as spam? Is their any way to bypass the blocking of these numbers? if anyone can help !
