Those numbers are dangerous. It's spam, do not answer any of the numbers, for example:

1150851317, 1124971680, 1168427871, 3513611568, 1150851005, 1139561615, 1151993818, 1167024627 these numbers are spam, do not answer 1139561615. They pretend to be Movistar and scam people. There are many, many complaints about this.
