my courier was not able to be tracked so i called customer care they told address is not update so i will send you link pay only rupee 5. immediately you receive call from delivery person. i believed but when i open there link there web page ask some very important credentials like credit card number, CVV, etc. i got a doubt so scoulded Cust care person and cut the call. without any address update i got my courier. then i asked DTDC about the same but they denied such process of address update.

I can agree some delivery companies are not true with their word/lying about shipment. I had ordered some pickles/aachaar and it was coming through DTDC, though they were supposed to deliver the product on that day according to thier website after entering the AWB number but apparently they could not deliver because "no one responded and will try agin after 24 hrs" despite all members of the house were present and no delivery guy had knocked on our door it continued for 4 days until we got our order.

My B parcel was stolen by DTDC people.
