Is this a Claro scam?

I have been receiving many messages about a Claro promotion that says keep sharing what you like and that if I recharge a thousand pesos or more, they would give me a package of 200MB + WhatsApp. They send me strange links, and the weird thing is that it seems like the promotion never ends because they always write to me.

in Nigeria, most numbers starting with 020xxxxxxxxx are unsolicited and mostly from loan apps. they can be very persistent and annoying.

This institute, according to them, calls me every day for language lessons, and I'm really tired of it.

MESSAGE

arnaqueur

It was someone I found on TikTok where I started talking to him so he could get me a phone and he told me that if I wanted to get a phone, I would have to pay the money before they brought it to me. I really did that, but until today he took my money
