Call scam - They pretend to be from Bco Pichincha

If you have a credit card, they have absolutely all your data: the entire card number, your cell phone number, your email, your address, the expiration date of your ID. They read them to you and ask you to confirm whether the information is correct or not. They tell you that your credit card limit has been increased or that you have been granted another credit card. They mention some benefits and more so that later they call you again saying that the bank has rejected a payment of 2,000 for a "golden travel benefit." Don't let yourself be carried away by the moment of worry, BECAUSE IT'S A LIE! When they ask you to transfer an amount so you don't have to pay the $2,000, that's the real scam.
