Console sale scam, they ask for payment for shipping before delivery

This person offers consoles or video games but it's a scam. I paid for the shipping of one of the products they supposedly offer. Later, they tell me that the items are about to arrive but I have to pay in advance before receiving them, otherwise they can't deliver, which seems ridiculous to me. Draw your own conclusions.
