Yesterday my grandmother received 8 consecutive calls from the same number coming from Spain. She has a son living in Aga, but that was not his number. Later in the afternoon, the same number called my mom's work phone saying they needed 100,000 pesos to pay for the cellphone, but we haven't sent anything. Now we just have to wait to see if her son calls tomorrow to find out if it was really him or a scam.
