Organized scam in Piura: Advance payment, theft

Good afternoon to those present who read this post I am using this means to kindly ask you to help me report this number so that when their call is identified, it is classified as a scam. Summary context: Raúl Morante and Óscar Morante are two brothers who work doing orders with melamine material in Piura. When asked for a quote, whether for plans or materials, they request an advance, buying materials or tools that are not included in the budget, and afterwards they do not complete the work. They make excuses and lies to take the money easily. Also, when you let them into your home to explain the project and work area, they take the opportunity to steal objects unexpectedly (this is from my personal experience, for which I could not attach evidence, but a wallet and valuable items were stolen). They have already been reported previously on a Facebook page as shown in the image, so this is neither the first nor the last time this happens. I would greatly appreciate it if you could report the following numbers, label their names as "scam" or something similar, and recommend to people living in Piura to avoid these individuals if they want to do work or projects with melamine.
