Judicial Police Scam

On Facebook, my brother found an ad that said puppies were available for adoption. They asked for personal information, ID, place of residence, and the adoption was registered. Then they called him on WhatsApp, with a Judicial Police logo, saying his dog was being held due to lack of papers, and if he wanted the adopted dog to be delivered to his home, he had to pay $150 to a bank account as a fine for not having the papers. He asked them to send photos of the dog and the dog's transport guide number, but they refused to send them. In his case, they sent a screenshot of something from the Judicial Police... Crazy stuff. He blocked them and reported the number as a scam.
