Flexiti a Scam?

I have recently received a physical letter (i.e. not an email) from a company that I have never heard of "flexiti". The letter claims that I have an account with them and the payment is overdue. Since I have never heard of this company kind of hard to imagine that I owe them money. They threaten that a failure to pay will result in a downgrade of my credit rating. They show an address that bases them in Orangeville ON. Anyone else receive a similar letter from Flexiti? David Jordan Brockville Ontario
