I ordered a machine stand from Flipkart which had a return policy, and I made the payment online. But they refused to accept the return. What should I do? Even my father is not helping. The Flipkart people are saying over the phone that the seller has rejected the return and it cannot be done. They have kept my money, which is worth ₹300, the market value of the sewing machine stand.
