Fraud Urban company
I purchased a Voltas AC one year ago. Recently, I booked an AC service through Urban Company for a water leakage issue. A technician named Babloo was assigned to the job. Timeline of the issue: 1st Visit: The technician checked the AC but did not resolve the water leakage issue. He also checked the gas level and confirmed it was at 90%. 2nd Visit: The issue was still not resolved. After this visit, the AC completely stopped cooling — a problem that did not exist before these service visits. 3rd Visit: The same technician then claimed the gas was completely empty (0%) and that it needed a refill (at additional cost). This is a major inconsistency — the gas was reported at 90% during the first visit, yet after two visits by the same technician, it is suddenly "empty." This raises serious concerns of negligence, deliberate gas leakage, or fraudulent upselling by the technician to charge for an unnecessary gas refill. My concerns: Why did the cooling stop only after the technician's visits? How did the gas level drop from 90% to 0% within two visits without any explanation? Was the gas deliberately released to justify a paid refill service?
