  it simply means someone saved your number as scam, have your close families who uses Truecaller to save it with your desired name and it'll begin to appear on Truecaller.

  the issue of a scam is true caller problem that's affecting the subscriber who downloaded the app so maybe if there's no solution then we delete it

  Go to true caller settings and change the name and write name you want. That's how I did mine. Write what you want yourself.
