Is this scam Or not??

I am constantly getting OTP on SMS from different platforms, I am not taking the name of continuous stopping, the first time this happened, so I had put a penalty, but now it is happening second time and now along with OTP, calls are also coming from different platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Maruti Suzuki ATC.) Didn't check for login on the main site of the job.
