Jeffrey Goodman3 months agoGot an unsolicited call claiming to be from Verizon. They said I had a past due charge of $900 and did I want to pay or dispute? I don't even do business with Verizon so I hung up.

Yes, I was definitely scammed, but I didn't believe it at the moment it happened to me because these people have a way of convincing the person with respect and showing them that it's an opportunity for them, not for themselves.
