A successful trick I like to use is to simply ignore/block all numbers using the provider by the name Onvoy LLC. This voice over ip provider is non-compliant with US Federal law regarding know your customer regulations however this app lacks the ability to block their customers based on the phone number provider. If enough people sue the company, the company would no longer be able to sell its services and potentially lose its licensing.

Actually TC can block these Onvoy calls, but Onvoy changes their provider name: Onvoy, Onvoy, LLC, Onvoy, LLC - xx ( where xx = state abbreviation ). TC did this several months ago and the stopped by legal threat, large money contributions to operating costs, etc.
