calls [PHONE]×××× scams

Truecaller has blocked more than 20 numbers from Ecuador that start like this: 096429xxxx. They always change the last four digits, but they are from extortionists or criminal gangs. They belong to an operator in Ecuador; I can't say which one, but if someone else is experiencing this and wants to file a complaint with Arco Tel, I am willing to join.
