They called me, told me my name and number, and said they were going to disconnect my service and that I should follow instructions. They never asked for money, but they hacked my WhatsApp and asked my contacts, and 3 of them fell for it.llamaron, me dijeron mi nombre mi número y me dijeron que iban a desconectar mi servicio y debia seguir indicación, nunca me pidieron plata pero me hackearln el Whatsap y le pidieron a mis contactos y 3 de ellos calleron

As a recommendation, enable two-factor authentication for everything: emails, WhatsApp, Instagram... everything. That way, if someone manages to hack your password and tries to take over your account, you receive the attempt notification and can block it. I've also been called with complete information... My luck is that I haven't had a mobile phone for years and I knew it was a lie.

They called me too, but when they told me that I needed to continue having access to my line, I hung up and told them that I was going to call C&W and I ended the call.
