Loan app threatening customers over non-existent purchases

i have been receiving threat and insult from easybuy telling me the phone I bought is due which I did not buy any phone from there I try to tell them am not the one and they are cursing me that "I will not go far on life with this my wickedness" which kind of loan app will be swearing for there customers and they expect the person to pay🤷🏻
