  the app is fraud, you should not pay anything. u can abuse them , and also ask them where is their office and branch and what is their RBI License number the lender is 100% unauthorised you can also verbally tell them that if ur photos are misused u will be filing a legal police complaint. also ask them to contact me if they harras u more . my number is *** and I shall look into it . don't pay a single rupee by getting panicked. u can also share me contract agreement if u have received it on WhatsApp or on your email id

  you just block the number and don't open their messages. they cannot do anything. if you reply to their messages they will harras you so much. just inform your family that your phone is hacked and if anybody send messages from any number. don't open it. put WhatsApp status about the same.

They may also misuse or morph your photos and harass you or even contact people in your contact list to intimidate or embarrass you. Unfortunately, there is no easy way around this. You will have to stay calm, avoid giving in to further demands, report the harassment to the authorities, and get through this situation.

  First, pay the ₹2,600 they are asking for. After that, delete the app you installed, as it may contain a bug or malicious software. If possible, back up all the important data from your phone to another device and then perform a complete factory reset of your phone. Also, contact the Cyber Crime Helpline and register a complaint about this incident. In addition, file a complaint through the Sanchar Saathi app or portal.
