my cousin were scammed by a guy saying his an agent and he doesn't want commission but he asked for medical fee money when given he blocked them

is it a scam if i pay for 15kva but i get 10kva instead? also my review gets hidden from Google maps when i posted review. did i get scammed? yes no false accusations. i opened it, outside it says 15kva but inside its 10kva.
Jatin Kumar6 days agoI ordered a football jersey on customisation recently from Jersey Junction, At the payment option I chose COD but they asked for ₹139.80 for COD so I paid, Now it's been 10 days since I order but haven't recieved my order from them
two days before I order 3 plazo suits ..they all said free delivery..but later after half payment done ...one day after they said to pay 3000 only 10 rs they will keep after that it will be refunded..but after payment done they didn't receive the cal
He is asking yours education information on the behalf of that he try to fraud.He will ask roll number and demand money to marks increment.
