mera data chori BSNL

I have a BSNL SIM, whose data net pack was stolen today, 730 MB was used, 2 GB was exhausted, I called customer care, they told me that the app must have been uploaded, while I have turned off the auto update in my phone, someone should suggest me what to do with it?
