MexiCash, app creates debts and uses violent collection practicesMexiCash, app monta deudas y cobranza violenta
Guys, I would like you to share your experiences with MexiCash. A relative took out a loan with them and can never finish paying it off; more and more charges keep appearing. On top of that, this person is constantly pressured with violent messages, and their contacts are also harassed if they are even one day late. How did you get rid of them? Did you file a lawsuit? Metieron demanda?

I filed a complaint with cyber police. In addition to that, I contacted a person named No Más MontaDeudas, I found them on TikTok and honestly they bothered me, obviously, I mean receiving calls, but with the app they get diverted. But now I no longer receive messages, and they haven't called my contacts.

I looked for a person who specializes in completely blocking your connection with that company. They are debt collectors and the harassment is overwhelming. Once you give them authorization on your phone, the harassment starts with your contacts. The engineer who fixed this for me gave me instructions and I had no problems.

They are really unbearable, they start directly with a collection that goes to extortion accusing you of bulletin, visits to your home or legal issues, they do not do any of that, they only put pressure on you to pay under their standards of asking you for all payment in 1 exhibition and almost double their "interest x arrears" do not pay them, contact a service so that they stop harassing you, movapp helped me with that, they charge you like 500 x application if I remember correctly but the harassment stops drastically, they continue to send you calls and SMS but they no longer bother you contacts, just like your family member calm down they can't go home, they cannot hurt them physically or legally since they would get out of the way because of the issue of extortion and threat (of disaffection in many cases) tell them to be calm, do not open links that they send you and take screenshots as evidence, then block the messages and delete WhatsApp conversations so that you do not despair, if necessary you seek psychological help for the issue of paranoia and stress but everything will be fine, The most they can do is to go to the credit bureau but depending on the amount from 1 to 6 years the bulletin disappears

Find someone who can help you properly remove them from your phone because unfortunately, when you requested the loan, you gave them permission for everything, and deleting the app is not the solution. There are groups on Facebook where you can find these companies.
