Mislead Selling by Skincela

This is my bad online purchase experience, I ordered on website Skincela.com for Japanese Instant Pain Relief Massage Gel on dated 03/05/2026 via order No. 6989982302438. I paid Rs. 399 in advance via UPI and purchase done under scheme of 1+1. While receiving my order I found the product was not as same as shown on website, It's not seal packed as well there is no label on it, also i received only 1 pc instant of 2 as I ordered under 1+1 scheme. While trying on their Contact number(which is available on their site) found the number is also not working.. So I want to tell people that Ski&Cela, Skincela.com is a fraud company.
