Money scam

Hi, one of my friend has lend a loan from various apps like moneyview, kissht and kredito 24, few days ago he called me and told i didn't pay few month's of loan and I've changed my address far from the city now i couldn't repay it. Furthermore he told me that if someone calls you to ask about me don't tell anything to them. my question is do these companies find their location to recover the money what is the possible way recovery agents to find them anyway?
