I've learn.\nEd that when scammers call. that if you say , you're going to file harrasment charges! they will quit calling within the next 10-15 days because they note on your phone number that you have said you will file a charges

I don't think that's correct because I'm not heard about anything like that around here where I'm from and I'm 74 years old.

only if the bastids stay on the phone long enough to hear half of what you're saying. My experience, by your tone they quickly know your attitude, hangup, and you're talking to air.
