A JNE official is a scammer
The person sent the RRSi number, said my item was exchanged and wants to replace it with money. Then they asked for proof of the receipt number, which I sent. Then they called wanting to give a refund. I said no, just send my item. They said it was lost, so they want to give money instead. I replied, just transfer to my credit card. Instead, they gave a recipient bank account number and told me to use mobile banking. I immediately said this is a scam, I'll just return it directly through Tokopedia. They immediately hung up the phone.

If you're posting to avoid scams... why is the phone number blurred? That is a spam and scam number and should be made public so everyone knows.
