online froud of earbuds from ctrl 8

I have ordered earbuds from ctrl 8 company .I did online payment .Till now it has been a month since I ordered but neither I received my item nor any call from the ctrl company. their phone number which is available on there site never ring . It always in switch off condition. so plz I request you to all not buy anything from this ctrl8 company item.it is totally fraud.
