phishing or scam probably through leaked data

02137123423 got a call asking me about a job where I worked over 4 years ago, saying they didnt get paid and that I pay them their salary. they pretended to be the company's finance guy, but I know the finance guy and that wasnt them cos it wasnt their voice to begin with and that guy stutters. also the second I picked up the call they said whats your name. I said you called, you should know my name. their voice kept disappearing or becoming distinct, the call also had these weird clicks throughout.
