Phone number block from banking

few days ago I met with an issue. I put my sim in a different phone and re registered for phonepe. Suddenly i received multiple sms from random numbers with stating deactivate phonepe. After 2 days I found my mobile number has been blocked by TRAI for suspected fraud. Since then my phone number is not linked with any bank for this.

Visit the nearest customer service center of your SIM card provider (Jio, Airtel, Vi). Carry your real ID proof (Aadhar card/voter ID) and old SIM. Vehicle tell them that your number has been blocked by TRAI and ask them how to get a kick update to unblock it

Right from the start, I have been receiving loan recovery calls from over 1600 different numbers. I am very disturbed and don't know what to do. I even filed a complaint on the cyber portal, but these people are still calling. I changed my number too
