police complaint spam

Can someone please tell me what I should do? I have been receiving calls from an unknown number for 4 to 5 days, and today they called again saying there is a police complaint. When I asked what it was about, they didn't tell me but said to ask a lawyer and talk to them. I don't have a lawyer, and I don't know how to ask anyone. They are saying they will come in 30 minutes and told me to come there. I don't understand what is going on. Can someone please tell me?
