  it's a scam. For the government sites, they always have" .***" in the domain name so make sure you see the link correctly, this one has ".***" which isn't a government site so that's a scam

  Isn't a person who asks you for money in exchange for a service that the law and the constitution guarantee you commit fraud and deception? So why not denounce it? Or is a scammer allowed to provide us with a service that benefits us, even if it is illegal? It seems like everyone has a mess mentality.
