  it's a scam. For the government sites, they always have" .***" in the domain name so make sure you see the link correctly, this one has ".***" which isn't a government site so that's a scam

  A person calls you claiming to be a labor inspector and targets only companies and businesses. He fabricates a scam story that one of his female employees lost her wallet in the city of Oujda and asks for your help by sending him money or asks you to have someone you know intervene and give him the money, promising to reimburse you. A scam and fraud gang is active in the Oujda region. Beware, beware.

  Isn't a person who asks you for money in exchange for a service that the law and the constitution guarantee you commit fraud and deception? So why not denounce it? Or is a scammer allowed to provide us with a service that benefits us, even if it is illegal? It seems like everyone has a mess mentality.
