Safaricom agent threatens double registration to steal M-Pesa info

A person identified himself as a safaricom agent. He threatened to inactivate my number because it is double registered. He asked for mpesa balance, okoa details, and mostly called as confirmation. he asked me to Dial *160*1#. Goodness sack there was connection problem. I checked his profile and noticed he had been reported by 10 people and I call for concern...he replied so rudely then he was not available
