  of course there are. scanners use spoofing to change the caller ID so it can look like any number you imagine even invalid ones. simply don't trust anyone especially with poor English. they use Google too and know where you live before you do. I recommend watching scammer payback on YouTube. it's hilarious and educational

  the government contracts you by snail mail. cops will come to you. nobody important calls or texts. if your getting calls and texts is scams and spam
