sexual harrasment

A girl or boy came on OmeTV, I don't know, the face was not visible, but they said they do dirty talk and asked for Instagram and Telegram IDs. I gave them, and they messaged saying they are from Osaka, Japan, and also sent a photo. The girl's account was fake with zero followers, but I don't know if it was a girl or boy. They also asked me to send nude pictures, so I sent a fake or real boob picture, not sure. I also downloaded a photo from Chrome and sent it. They took a screenshot of my face photo and edited it with 'sexual harassment' written on it and sent it to me, threatening to upload it on social media unless I pay 5000. I got very panicked and blocked them immediately. Please tell me if there is any solution, I'm very tense, please😭😭
