siggy is also n scam app

I ordered my food from IRCTC online in Swiggy. The delivery boy said that for him it is not possible to deliver on platform so I told him it is not possible for me also to come out n pickup the parcel so please cancel the order. the order was cancelled but I didn't get my refund back as. Swiggy customer care service person told me to raise the query on mail about ur refund. Now it is passed 4 days they didn't reply my mail also n even chat msg . no call too. so it seems it is n proper scam please if also order food online from IRCTC first ask everything n pay
