Spam Alert !!! Be careful all before you pay echallan.. I got this sms frequently I find this SMS is suspicious, i ignored this sms and went to https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/ Portal and check my vechile status this is invalid challen no and no fine. So be careful before to link and pay.
