Fake offer for tower installation, they are asking for an advance of ₹1800

They are offering to install a tower for you, for which you have to pay an advance security deposit of 2 million INR. After the tower installation is complete, you will receive 3 million INR, and your property has been selected. The rent is 40,000 INR per month, and the daily job payment is 15,000 INR. For the documents, they said that your court agreement has been signed. Before that, a receipt of 1800 INR will be deducted from your side and you will be given a receipt. After the court agreement is done and after some extra paperwork, you will get a refund of 1800 INR. After that, the tower work process will start.
