are you still getting spam voicemails? is your tmobile scam blocker turned on? well its identifying spam calls before true caller does and will override your true caller settings. so if true caller is set to BLOCK spam calls and not even send them to voicemail at all but your scam shield is turned on that same call will still go to voicemail. let true caller do the work and block the call outright if block is turned on

it'll block the call but still get voice mail message. try not to store personal info on phones or tablets. Be very careful with emails if you dont recognized dont open at all.
