UltraTech Fraud/Scam

I found a ad on Facebook and regarding ultra tech cement. the person pretended to be the company person he send me quotation via whatsapp and demanded advance from me and literally he took 77190/- rs from me and after some days he said your deal is rejected we will refund your amount but he kept saying that refund is in process. then I found this was fraud. I went to ultratech head office at Andheri they said such person named halder doesn't work in our company and we never do deals on WhatsApp or call. please do not click on any ad and don't share your otp neither click on any links shared by anyone !!!
