Fake Police and Fraud
This person scares people by posing as a fake police and loots money from them and he is not alone, there is a whole bunch of them. If someone refuses then these people harass him by calling him from different numbers.

I was also a victim... this scammer tried to fraud me back in 2019, where a certain friend mine was in need of buying a laptop. this scammer with the the telephone number: 054 8612980 said before i will get the laptop I should pay an amount of 2000
