WhatsApp / Call Scam from Fake USA (+1) Number

How it started: Received an unsolicited WhatsApp message/call from an unknown USA (+1) number impersonating an international recruiter, online platform, or overseas contact. The trap: The sender offered unrealistic work-from-home tasks, high-paying jobs in USD, or asked to click on suspicious registration links. They attempted to lure me into a Telegram group to deposit money under the pretext of investment and account verification. Loss & Warning: These are coordinated international cyber gangs using disposable virtual VoIP USA numbers. Never click any external links, do not share OTPs or personal details, and block such international numbers immediately.
