zomato customer care no scam

I looked up the Zomato customer care number on Google to file a complaint and seek a refund. When I called and asked them to resolve the issue and provide a timeline for the refund, the representative spoke to me briefly before saying, "I'll message you on WhatsApp; the complaint process needs to be completed there." He sent a PDF via WhatsApp but told me not to open it immediately, claiming I wouldn't understand it and that he would explain it to me over a video call. That’s when I realized it was a scam—after all, who sends a PDF via WhatsApp and offers to explain it that way? I managed to avoid this scam, and I hope others do too.
