Orange card activation

I received an SMS saying that my 7% cashback on the Orange card would soon expire and that I needed to activate it, even though I had already activated and was using it. I sent a screenshot to Alfa Bank and contacted customer support. They replied that it was not from their bank — scammers, bastards. They wanted me to click on a link.
