Possible scammers?

I go on TikTok and see people with random usernames, most likely with avatars of girls or handsome guys from Pinterest and other similar services. They send me a follow request, I accept it thinking, "Why not? Just a regular person, probably +1 follower." Then I notice more and more similar bots or people sending me requests. After I accept, they send messages like: "Write to me on WhatsApp (phone number)." I write back thinking, "Maybe this person wants to get to know me, let's see." They message me on WhatsApp saying they're a company and ask, "Are you interested in working in China?" I'm shocked, I'm 12 years old and I'm in Moscow, DAMN. There's a big difference between MOSCOW and CHINA. I tell them no, I'm actually 12 and not interested. Can you tell me if this is a scam or not? The messages were sent with delays, but the messages were perfect, with all punctuation correct, and the company clearly Chinese. I checked their profile and there was nothing there.
