scam and fraud

Attention, never trust without proof. We paid a 70% installment for the kitchen to this gentleman named Rachid, but he left us waiting for 3 months and never finished his work, which is only 30% done. In the end, he asks us to pay the full amount before he comes. He deleted his Facebook since then. He does aluminum work. We made the kitchen, and now we are looking for someone to finish it.
