Job Fraud

This person, Name Rahul yadav is a Big Scammer who shows himself as a Railway Employee and ask money to provide Jobs in Railway on contract basis. He connected with me in the year of 2024 as an Associate partner later he helped me to place Coach attanedent and Coach supervisor profiles to my candidates. then he brought 5 new profiles and asked to pay big amount in installment, I agreed to pay on the basis of previous trust. he collected around 2.50 lakhs from me and 1.50 lakhs from 3 other people to provide Job on contract basis in Railways. The day on which he committed about joining of the candidates accidentally he disappeared and his mobile was switched off. We visited his home at Ratwara,Muzaffarpur bihar. where we found his wife and his younger brother. His brother committed that Rahul did such type of frauds many times but I'm assuring you that please don't be panic, my father is coming from Patna, we'll discuss and refund your 100% money. when Rahul got to know that We're there at his home, he started abusing and threatening to kill us over whatsapp calling. We decided to take legal action against him and we did, Later he started requesting that he'll refund all the money,please give me sometime and many other things... Today is 6th August 2026 and the incident itself completed 1+ year and We're still waiting for our refund. stay safe from such kind of fraudsters and scammers.
